We made a urgent final fundraiser call at 6:00 AM EDT this morning. Members of the Naked Capitalism community rallied impressively! Over 80 donors have contributed more than $10,000 so far!
Your generous donations say you want more in-depth reporting, penetrating analysis, trenchant commentary, wide-ranging links and adorable beasties. You also want to continue and enrich the commentariat, where we together expose propaganda, provide sanity checks, blow off steam, build camaraderie, and in our small way, help promote the establishment of a more just society.
We set an initial target of 1100 donors for our fundraiser. We set a new goal of 1250. You beat that, so we increased it to 1500. We are now at 1390! Donate now at the the Tip Jar to beat this final hurdle!
Even more important, we are moving up on our final funding target for original reporting. That goal is $45,000. The big gains since first thing this morning have put us at $11,005.
