Every day we are bombarded with new advice on how to dial in our exercise regimen for optimal efficiency. This advice include things like exercise snacks, short duration workouts, combining strength with cardio, not worrying about cardio but making sure to get the strength workouts in, and for the love of all that’s holy, don’t forget to balance on one foot 4–5 times a week!
Yes, there’s new-new research coming out, but honestly, I think we don’t know exactly what sorts of movements are best for us, other than the fact that movement itself is good.
