Youth Culture Takes Centre Stage As Bantu Nots Unveils ‘Diba Dance’ Video Premiere Event. Bantu Nots is set to bring energy, music, and youth culture together in Braamfontein as anticipation builds for the premiere of the highly anticipated Diba Dance music video.
The event, scheduled for 16 June, serves as both a celebration of Youth Day and a platform for emerging creatives, with collaborations involving Stay South Point and The Society ZA. The gathering is expected to attract some of the city’s most vibrant young artists, performers, and supporters.
Festivities will begin with the Coolest Youth March through Braamfontein from 14:00 to 14:20, followed by a series of live performances running until 15:40. Attendees will then get an exclusive first look at the Diba Dance music video during a special screening from 16:00 to 16:10.
Adding to the excitement, guests will also receive an exclusive listening session of the Diba Dance Remix, giving fans a preview of the latest evolution of the track before its wider release.
The programme continues with a performance from B & J as part of the DUC Tape activation between 17:00 and 17:20, showcasing new music and creative collaborations from artists on the lineup.
The celebrations will extend into the evening, culminating in an online streaming session of the Diba Dance music video at 20:00, hosted alongside Sonwabile X, allowing audiences beyond Johannesburg to join the experience.
With music, dance, fashion, and youth expression all on display, the Diba Dance premiere promises to be more than just a music video launch—it aims to be a celebration of young South Africans shaping contemporary culture through creativity and collaboration.
