Tonight we’ve got another game that, if you’d asked me a year ago, I would’ve expected to be a contest crucial to the finals make-up.
But as the last round of the regular season starts with the Canterbury Bulldogs hosting the Brisbane Broncos, both teams are out of the finals race, with the Dogs 10th and Broncos 15th.
For the reigning premiers and one of the major 2025 contenders apparently on the upswing, this season has been a huge disappointment.
