Multiple award-winning singer Davido has surprised both fans and Mayorkun with his latest gesture to the singer.
Nigerian music superstar Davido has surprised fellow singer and former DMW Records artist Mayorkun with a brand-new Tesla Cybertruck, a gesture which was personally confirmed by the singer in his latest post on the social media platform, Instagram on Sunday, July 26th 2026.
The award-winning singer revealed the generous gift through his Instagram Story on Sunday, where he shared a photo of the luxury electric pickup truck. In the accompanying message, Davido wrote, “My gift to you. I love you iammayorkun,” publicly expressing his appreciation for the “Certified Loner” hitmaker.
Davido also instructed one of his close associates to arrange the vehicle’s delivery, writing, “#babzii_chilling pls have it delivered 2moro.”
Although Mayorkun is no longer signed to DMW, both artists have consistently demonstrated that their relationship extends beyond business. They have continued to support each other’s projects publicly and have collaborated on music since Mayorkun’s departure, making Davido’s latest gesture another example of the mutual respect the two singers have for each other.
