Note that GDPNow at 1.7% q/q AR in Q1 is below NY Fed nowcast at 2.7%, and GS tracking (2.4%). That being said, historically (pre-Covid), GDPNow was pretty accurate at this nowcast horizon (some two weeks before publication of advance release).
